Glad to hear it, that your not taking cheap routes, well it all depends what are your temporary plans, what are you wanting to attack first suspension, Bolt ons, N/A, eventually boost? Maybe are you looking for a daily/ drifter. Or just a better daily/ track perform ;)ance

Why was boost a nightmare on your last car? Normally boost is fine if done right on a car/motor that can handle it

Yeah my brother has ran into some problems like that on his talons and hondas(turbo) but your Ka24de is known well for good torque I didn't think people really built them until I rode in one. Pushing 21lbs(not stock) ill post you some pics. But it will handle 10lbs stocks I wouldnt go past 8 to be safe, like I said most people only use Ka's for the torque. They respond well to bolt-ons, but at some point I guarantee you'll want more! Im more knowledgeable in sr20's so I'm all for swapping that out. Then you have Rb series motors but that's a bit different tax bracket haha just depends on what you want. Btw sr20det's are great daily's

Don't let boost scare you. SR swap that hoe and go to town! Remember this isn't a honda. Oh and don't boost the KA engine, those things are junk and can't handle it.
Anyway, an answer for your question. First things first. You've got to buy all of these parts at one time, don't install one without the other. It's INCREDIBLY important that you do them all at the SAME TIME.
Nice set of coilovers, and I mean NICE! Pick one of these two brands if you want something that'll both perform and last, Stance or Fortune Auto. These are 2 of very few brands that actually test their shocks and do proper sizing for their spring ratios. Anything else wont last, especially Megan Racing coils which are absolute garbage! You'll also need to get setup with your multi link parts. You can get these in kits through Enjukuracing.com and other websites such as FRsport.com or Phase2motortrend.com. You can also buy each part separate which honestly is the best way to go since the nicer brand ones aren't sold in kits. You'll want rear upper control arms, traction links, rear toe links, and front tension rods.
^^Do all off that stuff at the same time, don't ever put coilovers on without getting your multilink components. It's a very very very bad idea to do that. You'll then need to do a proper alignment after that.
One thing to note which will save your ass is your wire harness runs through your front wheel wells from the factory. They are in a horrible spot, and I mean horrible! You'll need to relocate the harness up higher over the lip inside your fender. If you don't do this and you lower your car or put big wheels on they will rub on the harness and you will have so many problems it'll make your head spin.
Remember this one thing. Don't settle for anything cheap, because this isn't the honda scene. You put a cheap part on a 240 and you WILL pay for it badly.
Good luck to ya!

boost is the only way to go with a 240 for auto cross unless you wana do a ls swap. the na ka will not make good power with out alot engine work and cash. Also the ka is a good motor if you build it right. thos who knock them do so because they dont build them right or have not boosted a ka. i would say that you should go for a built bottom end with the ka motor and boost it with a t25 or gt2871r or go with a stock sr swap and up the boost a little (how much depends on what sr modle you get). and iv never met you so i dont know if you have auto Xed befor or not but if you havent run the na ka and do suspension work so you can learn how the car handles when throwing it in to turns then when you out grow the na move to a turbo charged setup.
if you have any questions feel free to pm me! -mike

At least 20hp... jk jk. Lol. I have no idea. My wife was riding with me and my cat rattles. She said it was obnoxious and to fix it. So i jumped on the opportunity to get an exhaust sysyem. Lol. Luckily the exhaust comes with a silencer.

Here is the new set up. Still waiting on the megan downpipe. Will be here tomorrow. Im hoping the exhaust end isn't to large. 2.75" from header to downpipe. 3" at end of downpipe to the end of the exhaust with a 4" tip.
