Hi everyone my names Neal I'm new here to this board, glad to see some Nissan lovers here in Iowa. I live in Lowden, I know, where's Lowden? well its about 40 minutes in all three directions from Iowa City, Cedar Rapids,and Davenport. I'm a Proud owner of a 87 Turbo ZX, right now its going through a complete restoration from rust removal, new paint, to new big motor build. I hope to have it on the road early summer, maybe make it to a local event this year. Any Z guys on here with Nistune, I'm ordering it soon and may need some pointers. It's great to finally have a Iowa based Nissan Club.

Welcome Neal! I look forward to seeing your project. We have a good number of members that are relatively close to where you are and some very knowledgable Z guys.

Welcome! Its alway great seeing other Z31 owners in Iowa.
I'm planing on doing Nistune this summer as well, Ill be using an m30 ecu. I think i might end up going to Minnesota for a tune. Unless I can find someone closer that like to tune with Nistune.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Hey 86nissanz can't wait to get those Isky cams huh. Its awsome having a local group to converse with. How do I get ahold of a club sticker, are they still available?

They may be able to give you some tips or point you to a thread that will have some helpful info! Just a thought! |

Hello Neal,
We pass through Lowden on our way to Davenport, Galesburg, and Peoria. You're right, there's not much in Lowden! When I picked up my 240Z from Peoria, we drove through Lowden with the car in tow. I hope your rust repair goes well!
