Some of you may know that we are considering sponsorship for the 515 Get Down which is being held at Hy-Vee hall on August 23rd, 2014. If we have enough people we can get center placement and we would be allowed to have 15-20 cars in the show with our name on the flyers plus the ability to sell club t-shirts and stickers. Cost per car in the show will be $45 but could decrease if we come close to filling our open slots for the show. This would be a lot of fun and great exposure for our club so we need serious commitments on who will be going. I have created a paypal account for the club. I am in for sure. I would also like to add that we need an answer to rising suns (guys putting on the show) by mid May. This an excellent opportunity for us as a group. Also they have given us a lot of leniency. Everyone else is given 3 car spots! Since we are the only car club that has contacted us they are working with us A lot. We also will receive a group plack, and individual gift for being in the show.

Ok so we really need the funds so we can pay rising suns. If we dont pay we wont participate. They are unable to release the flyers until the sponsers have paid.
