I think we need to get a spring meet schedule soon so we can get the word out.
I thought it would be nice to have something in the middle of April.
Maybe the 20th at Cottonwood park picnic area. Bring your own hot dogs and burgers or whatever else. And one of us will bring charcoal. Let me know what you guys think.
The shelters are first come first serve for free if its not reserved or $50 to reserve it. there is 9 shelters.

I think that is a great idea. Should give us lots of space and not have to worry about being chased out. Lets schedule this for sure.
What does everyone think about having a wrench/wash day? I thought this could be fun but sadly I don't have the space to accommodate.

The wash day sounds fun... Im not sure where to have it. My house is on gravel...
Cottonwood doesn't open till the 15th of April, thats why I was thinkin the 20th.

What do you mean by wrench/wash day exactly? A day where we all get together and help work on each others car or can clean and detail them. We can still do something this winter but I the details just haven't come together. |

Getting together at the shelter would be fun. And working on one anothers cars/washing sounds fun!
