Yeah, I just think black looks a little too flat. Plus the silver color of my OEM wheels is probably one of my favorite things about them.
The stock wheel is 18x7.5 with an offset of +40. I really want to upgrade to 19s so that's the magic number.
What sort of wheels have you considered for your G? Anything that might fit the bill?

The XXR was my top choice mainly due to price but I also like the Forgestar F14 which is similar design and the varrstoen es2. There was a guy on Jdm City selling his Forgestar F14 with tires for about $1500. I think they were 19s

Yeah I really like the price on the XXRs. The Varrstoen's you mentioned are sick but from what I can tell only come in black and then you have to pay an extra 400 to get them polished. Eff that lol.
Really just any aggressive looking wheel is what I'm looking for. XXR 962, Private Akzent, XXR 530 etc.
Can't believe how tough it is to find a nice set of wheels on a broke college kid budget lol

Not just a nice set of wheels but I'm trying to find tires for my new wheels and 19s with a lower profile are pretty pricey.

How much pricier?
I was looking at the cost of 19 inch tires and it didn't seem too bad. 245/40/19 Hankook Ventus V12s are 175 apiece which is only about 150 more than I paid for my 245/45/18s a few months back.

Kaleb i like it. My room mate has a set of xxrs 18x8.25. I think + 45 offset. Black. They have that concave look. I think they would look good. But buy something youd like. Ive bought rims that i wasnt thrilled with and it sucks. Lol. Buy something you like. Its your ride.

Do you think your room mate's XXR's look good? I've never seen a set in person but they look like nice enough wheels, especially for the money.
What I'm looking for exactly is:
19 inch
width doesn't matter for the most part (let's say 8.5)
offset: 35 (if it's an 8.5" wide wheel)
Hyper silver in color
As for style, I really want ones just like those XXR 530's. It's very tough to find wheels that match this criteria.
That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid, Ryan lol. I have seen the resale value on used wheels (even ones where you put them on, realized you didn't like them and then put them up for sale). It's no bueno at all.

They look really good. The model he has is the 527.i love the 530s. 19X8.75 chromium black. My roommate is selling his rims for 550 or 500. Brand new. Never had tires on em. Flat black. They are pretty light weight to.
