On Saturday morning before the Greenwood Revival we realized a need to be able to get in touch with each other outside of the forum. So, I would like to create a member directory with up to date contact info for all of us. Since this is a public form, it will not be published as part of the forum but would be available through private message or email.
There is already an email database since that is required to register to the forum so all I am asking from each of you is a contact phone number which is preferably a cell phone. Please email or private message me with your number and I will create the database.

Might also be cool to include what car you drive and town/area you're in if you want. Could be useful for getting help on something or to organize cruises? I dunno. Thoughts?

Just wanted to provide an update on the directory. I have it done but am trying to figure out how to attach a spreadsheet to a PM.

Jason,
I took a quick glance at the options for adding attachments for a PM. It doesn't look like this forum has many options for attachments, except photos. Perhaps the spreadsheet could be added to a private website and the link be sent in PM's? Or maybe this website had the option of a "members only" section the members directory could be added to? My last thought was maybe you'll just have to email the spreadsheet to our personal email accounts? Thanks for working on this!

We are thinking along the same lines Robert but I still don't feel that a members only section would be very secure. I may do something with google docs or just email it like you said. Sorry for the long delay on this guys but I will deliver it as promised.
