Does anyone go to the cars/coffee/drinks at Bennigans in Des Moines on Wednesday evenings?

I usually go at least a few times per year. It seems to be the same group of people that went to Porky's before it closed but have seen a few imports there before.
I haven't been yet this year but it would be great to get a group of us together and go.

That doesn't surprise me regarding very few imports. I went to the Karl Performance Center cars and coffee last month and there was one white (if I recall correctly) 370Z there. All the rest of the cars were Fords, GM, or Chyrsler products of various vintages. Karl's shop is quite impressive but they seem to specialize in GM and Ford mods and restorations.
I may swing down to Bennigans this Wednesday. A friend of mine brings one of his two Corvettes there (1982 or a C6) each week.

I guess I can do either. My car is a daily driver and while very clean, it is not what I would consider "show" quality. Has some stone nicks in front end and on front of hood. Plus, it's stock so nothing special other than there just aren't too many around!

Dangit! Yet another reason I wish I was closer to Des Moines.... ha. Sounds like fun. I was thinking of trying to start something like that in the Cedar Valley.... and welcome to the forum Mayday!

Beautiful! I'm sure your car is cleaner than mine but it would be awesome to get a group of us and park them together. There are normally plenty of cars there that I wouldn't consider show worthy.
